Oka: A Suprema által gyárilag biztosított alap driver nem támogatja a Windows Biometric Framework (WBF) keretrendszert, ezért Windows bejelentkezésre a gyártó egyik típusa sem használható.
Léteznek más gyártóktól származó eszközök, amik elvben támogatják ezt, de mi jelenleg a Suprema biometrikus termékeit forgalmazzuk.
